Ross Pople's vision of artistic independence led to the purchase in 1992 of two derelict warehouses situated at the heart of London's South Bank, only moments from Waterloo International Station. Now central to British musical life, The Warehouse provides LFO with an acoustically designed rehearsal, recording and concert venue and office facilities for the management team.

The Warehouse fulfils an important commercial role by providing LFO with vital core funding. Clients range from orchestras, chamber groups, radio and television production companies to national and international corporations.
